Prepaid deposits taken for any booking are non-refundable, unless fourteen days notice is given before the rental start date. Notice must be given in writing and acknowledged by lessor.
Prepaid rentals taken prior to the hire starting will only receive 50% refund of the amount taken, unless seven days notice is given in writing and acknowledged before rental start date.
Refunds are not given after rental start date.
Late returns may incur an additional days rental.
